I really enjoyed being a renter. I didn't add this in the show, but the house I mentioned had one bigg issue...I had to replace the sewer line! The house was about 40 years old with bigg trees all around. It cost me close to $10,000!!! I was still paying off that bill long after I sold the house and moved away. I never have to clean out gutters. If there's a problem with the plumbing, my landlord gets someone to fix it. Maybe I can't paint my walls and call the place my own, but for my lifestyle, it works!
