		<description>I agree that promotion may very often signal the end of your employment with the company because there will be expectations which will not be met, UNLESS you know this is the promotion that you are waiting for and that it is in line with what you perceive to be an advancement of your career and a measurement of success, I’d say do not jump the gun if you are having second thoughts. Ask for a raise instead.</description>
