So when the man on the phone askes "where is David" i immediately assume it's my dad putting on a weird voice (my dad has started a bunch of phone conversations like this)so i playfully say "he's here" hoping he'll cut the act and talk normally. then he askes can he talk to him and by this time i'm confused so i nervously giggle say "i'm talking to him right now". the man on the other line is as serious as can be and when he askes "when would be an appropiate time to talk to him" i'm completely convinced this is NOT my dad and feel sorry for the man for my mix up. and i start to feel extremely sorry for me once my dad finds out what happened. i got a phone call in the morning which is usually around the time my dad calls so when the phone rings i bearly look at the caller ID. to understand how i talled to him you have to understand my dad plays….alot. i could name a whole list of times where he even joked around at the most serious of moments.
