Our friend, Annemieke Crielaard-de Keijzer, wrote a great blog post about some good, bad and ugly customer service experiences she's had. Here's the link: http://mikimedia.wordpress.com/2009/05/16/customer-experience/

I missed this article until now. My whole family drove out to KFC the other night and of course we were turned down. I saw this as the ultimate bait and switch. The employee was rude, the manager refused to even explain the situation, and we were all quite disappointed. I had to go online when I got home to find out why they refused to honor the coupon, and I just laughed when I heard the apology video. How arrogant can you be? He says over and over how everyone loves the grilled chicken, but it doesnt make sense, because KFC has not allowed us to even try it yet! Surprise, everyone loves free chicken! check out www.outofchicken.com for some laughs.
