Jason is an executive coach, speaker and co-author (with his father, Craig) of the wonderful book, The Promise Doctrine (a guidebook and system for consistently delivering on your promises!)

We’re taught to do for others, be available for them, don’t be selfish and to always keep our word. However, when it comes to ourselves, we often forget the last one.
Everyone has a deep purpose. If you don’t keep your word to yourself, you won’t fulfill it. Jason has a great way to find your deep purpose:
Find your “So that?”
For example, you want a promotion so that …
You may say “For the money. So that …
Keep going until you discover your deep purpose.

What have you said “Yes” to?
What are you going to do about those things?
