The Fear That Drives Entrepreneurs to Success

People are driven by two competing
fears – the fear of failure and the fear of not trying. Like the proverbial angel and demon sitting on your shoulder, they both send you different messages.

The angel
The angel tells you to maintain the status quo. Just be satisfied. Life isn’t so bad.

Besides you might fail. People will laugh at you. They will say “I told you so.” says to stay put. You’ll be embarrassed.

So don’t take any risk. Play it safe. Accept mediocrity.

The demon
On your other shoulder, there’s a demon reminding you that you deserve so much more. You’re sick and tired of being sick and tired. You just can’t take it for one more day.

You have to see what you can do. You have to know if you can be a BIGG success. You have to try. You cannot accept not trying anymore.

So go. Do it. What are you waiting for?

The fear that drives entrepreneurs
The general population is driven by the fear of failure. They fantasize about a better life. But this fear keeps them from going any further.

For a small portion of people, the fear of not trying overwhelms the fear of failure. You reach a point where you have to go. You are ready to become an entrepreneur.

The ultimate act of rebellion
Entrepreneurs say enough – enough of not having enough. Responsibility. Fulfillment. Opportunity. Money.

It’s different for different entrepreneurs, but the feeling is the same. It ties your guts in knots because you know you were meant to do something BIGG.
You have to try. You cannot accept anything else.

As it turns out, the angel is a demon and the demon is an angel. The fear of failure prevents you from even getting started on the journey to BIGG success. The fear of not trying propels you to start living life on your own terms now!

Talk back!

Stop listening to those voices in your head that tell you things that aren't true. These demons just cloud your vision of the truth.

You are smart enough. Plenty of people have reached bigg success with less intelligence than you.

You are talented enough. Many people who have achieved extraordinary things wished they had your talents.

You are connected enough. You know people who know people who can help you reach bigg success. You only have to reach out to them.

You are educated enough. You have learned valuable lessons along the way. You're ready to show the world what you can do.

Claim your entitlement

You deserve bigg success. You have a purpose for being. It is your destiny. It is up to you, and you alone, to discover it, pursue it, and make it so.

Should you fail to do so, you hurt yourself. But it doesn't stop there. You deny the whole world the contribution you were supposed to make. You're here to change the
world, at least one corner of it.

You must believe in yourself so you fulfill your mission.

Conquer your insecurities by believing, really believing, in yourself and what you can do. Meet your fears head on and you too shall overcome.

Let it erupt

There have been events in your life that have quieted the volcano within you. But the volcano itself still remains.

It's been there all along. You can feel it. You know that there is something inside of you that needs to come out. It's been there all along.

It's been quietly rumbling for some time now. Now the pressure is building. You must show the world the fire within you. You must manifest the power you possess. The volcano must erupt!

Showcase what you’ve been hiding

Deep down inside yourself, do you feel like something is missing? There are many wonderful things in your life. Yet you feel a sense of want.

You must be true to yourself to find true happiness. You have a voice that needs to be heard. Let the world hear it with a roar, not a whisper!

You have talent that needs to be displayed. Let the world see it vividly, not dimly.

Your creation will touch the world. Share it openly, not with reserve.

Your destiny is before you. Stop denying it to yourself. Accept your mission to find it and claim it. That’s bigg success!
