BIGG success is life on your own terms. We were talking with a friend recently who asked an interesting question…
Is there room for God in our definition of BIGG success?
She said she strives to live on God’s terms. She seeks to understand God’s will for her life and live accordingly.
So did we get it wrong?
Did we unknowingly exclude God from our definition of BIGG success?
We don’t think so.
Did we accidentally exclude a whole segment of people who feel just like our friend?
We hope not. It certainly wasn’t our intention.
You choose your life
We don’t think the two are mutually exclusive. The point to our definition of BIGG success – life on your own terms – is that you, and you alone, make choices about how you live your life.
Your choices, along with the actions you take in line with those choices, largely determine whether or not you will be a BIGG success.
We believe that God leaves the choice up to you. Our friend has done that.
She is living her life on her own terms. She chooses terms that coincide with God’s terms. She is a BIGG success!
Now, don’t take this discussion as us trying to proselytize you. As we said, it’s your choice.
The paradox of your choices
Your choices are made individually. But they are usually not individual choices.
Sure, they all affect you. They affect your outcomes. They affect whether or not you will be a BIGG success.
But, in many cases, they also affect other people.
The BIGG idea behind BIGG success is synergy.
BIGG success comes when you improve the lives of other people. In doing so, you’ll reap the rewards yourself.
That’s win-win. That’s BIGG success!

Christine, you’ve identified three types of vision boards. The first one is the “I Know Exactly What I Want” Vision Board. Who should create that one?
Left-brained people who get wigged out a little bit by the whole idea of creativity. When they’re at my retreats, they’re the ones shouting, “Who has a picture of an Audi A3?” They’ll put a black dog on there. When you’re in this place – you want a new house or a new job, you want to eat healthy food – you go into the magazines and look for those images. It’s a great way to do it. Some people just throw it up there and that board is done in an hour-and-a-half.
