Are You Ready to Succeed?
Who is responsible for your success or lack thereof?
a) You
b) Another person or persons
What determines whether your future will be better than your present?
a) Your actions
b) Circumstances, luck, or fate
Do you feel like you are in control of your life?
a) Yes
b) No
When you think of trying something new, what do you expect?
a) Success
b) Failure
When do you do succeed, what do you expect next?
a) More success
b) Failure
These questions all have to do with your locus of control. The first response in each case, the “a” answer, implies an internal locus. The second answer, the “b’s”, demonstrate an external locus.
BIGG success is life on your own terms. It’s about taking control – even in times of change of uncertainty.
Obviously, you can’t control everything that happens to you. But you can – and must – control your response.
It’s your life. You’re the entrepreneur in charge of it. You can choose to own it 100%. Or you can lease it out.
You can rent it to others. You can rent it to happenstance.
Just know that you won’t be happy with the results. Tomorrow will be the same as today. You can’t – and shouldn’t – expect anything more.
Are you ready to succeed? Then take control. Accept full responsibility for what you do and what you achieve. Or what you don’t.
There is an opportunity in every failure, but only if you accept your role in the result. It’s the starting point of BIGG success!
