You’ll feel more confident when you feel ready. You’ll never feel ready if you don’t put in the work.
Practice. Practice. Practice.
Peak performers go through their routines effortlessly, without thinking. The only way they get to that point is by going through the process again and again. It’s how you master your craft and perform with confidence.
2. Squelch doubt to be more confident
As humans, we tend to focus on what we can’t do instead of what we can do.
As a winner, you’ll squelch those feelings of doubt so you can focus on your strengths to finish the task at hand.
3. Watch your labels to be more confident
When you experience defeat, how do you label it? Do you think of it as a failure or a setback?
Many people tell themselves that they lack the ability needed to reach BIGG success. Nobody else has to count them out; they do it to themselves.
But you’re a winner. When you experience defeat, you won’t label it as a failure. Most importantly, you won’t ever allow yourself to feel defeated.
No, you’ll double down. You’ll work even harder to reach your goal the next time out.
You will constantly look for ways to improve your performance through preparation, concentration, skill, and execution.
4. Play to win to be more confident
Many people play to NOT lose. They focus on the negative. They react.
But you’re a peak performer. So you’ll play to win. You’ll take control of the situation. And you won’t be afraid to take chances.
5. Manage emotions to be more confident
People who lack confidence have a tough time dealing with adversity. It feels like a validation of their inferiority.
They may get upset. It often leads to anger. At some point, they feel depressed. It can lead to a pessimistic outlook.

Then you’ll spend your days on those few things that will help you get to that next milestone. And you’ll celebrate at the end of the day.

8. Lean on your network to be more confident
You’re a winner. So you’ll reach out for help to get to where you want to go.
You will look for people who have already done what you want to do and learn from them.
9. Use success talk to be more confident
As a winner, you’ll monitor your own talk. You’ll say things like “I can” and “I will”.
You won’t speak more harshly to yourself than you would to your best friend or loved one.
You won’t allow words that are negative or downgrading into your head. Your self-talk will be both instructional and inspiring.
10. Look successful to be more confident
You’re a BIGG winner. So you’ll look the part.
You’ll stand up straight. You’ll walk with a bounce in your step. You’ll keep a smile on your face.
Act confident and you’ll be more confident. It leads to BIGG success!
