We discuss how to keep your New Year’s resolutions on The BIGG Success Show. Here’s a summary…
In a study on New Year’s resolutions, at the University of Scranton, by JC Norcross and DJ Vagarelli, 200 participants made a New Year’s resolutions. The researchers tracked them for two years.
- 23% gave up within the week
- 36% didn’t last a week
- 50% threw in the towel by the 3-month mark
- 54% didn’t make it 6 months
- 81% quit within 2 years
So less than 1 out of 5 people kept their resolution long-term. How can you be part of this group of high achievers?
